Calou Returns Policy

WE offer a full refund or exchange on any item bought online. 

Items must be returned to us unused with all Calou tags and designer labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you. By the time you have received your goods you have a period of 28 days to return your goods to us.

How to Return your Item

Step 1: Email zoe@zoewest.com.au and subject your email ‘returns’ let us know the product you wish to return for approval.

Step 2: Return your item to address:

Step 3: Once we have received your item we will refund you straight away. EASY!

Needing another size?

Step 1 Email zoe@zoewest.com.au and subject your email ‘size exchange’ let us know the product you wish to return and swap for a different size

Step 2 we will contact you and let you know if we have it in our stock at hand.

Step 3: Return your item to address:

Step 4: Once we have received your item we will send you out the new size right away. EASY!

 

Sales and Discounted Items

We will offer a full refund even on sale items for our online store only. 

Faulty Items

Faulty or incorrect items will be refunded and WIH will pay the postage costs for replacement items. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. WIH reserves the right to inspect returned items and deny refund if the garments are in saleable condition. To avoid damage to garments, please remove jewellery before trying on garments and leave all tags and accessories attached until you are happy with your purchase. Lost or Damaged Goods

If goods are lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us at zoe@zoewest.com.au within 7 working days of placing your order so that we can investigate the surrounding circumstances.
